  1. Looks pretty, I bet you want to knit all day long. Makes me want to sit by the fire and knit, just looking at it LOL.

    Ciao Bella

  2. about 3 inches.

We got snow in Ann Arbor, but it didn’t stick. I wish I’d gotten out my camera because watching the flurries fall amongst the green leaves still on the trees seemed strange.

  4. Well, since I flew into that darn snowstorm Thursday night (and then had to drive 2+ hours to my parent’s house) I’m gonna guess about 20″.

  5. With 1 inch knit for every inch of snow, I believe you finished Ariann and have started another!

When I saw you’d “Gone Fishing” in NLM, I hoped you’d prepared for “ICE Fishing…” People here (Little Traverse Bay) get a little cranky when it snows on Halloween (a given…), but this early October blast may put some over the edge. Hope you got lots of quality knitting time by the fire!

  6. Some crazy amount like….. 17 inches, 3/4 of the back of a sweater. What’s better to do than knit when it snows this early in the season?…better to do in public that is! ;-)

  7. I’m thinking closer to 5″ if you were at your parents place, otherwise all bets are off. Marquette got 12, although my son in Sault Ste Marie got none, and Detour got 10-12″. Downstate you had to be inland to get it – too close to the Lake and it passed right over.

  8. None of that on my side of the state! (whew, glad I missed that!) Sounds like it was a good vacation :-)
Love your answer to the bungee jumping question! What kind of deranged lunatic invented that activity??!
