Monday Morning Mirth
Congratulations COLTS!
While I went to thaw out and repurpose my broken fan-heart, I found this online…
what would you call YOUR signature look!? (For now, you can see mine in the entry below this one…)
bonus poll: would U wear this…
I was very sad that the Bears didn’t win. I have a soft spot in my heart for Chicago.
Aww, I’m sorry about the Bears Bonne Marie. :(
I continue to knit the LL orange and navy, despite the loss. This way, I’ll be ready for next year!
Thanks for the fashion link, btw. I’m buying a handbag.
I think I *did* wear that cute striped dress — in 1970. Sigh….
Unfortunately I really don’t have the figure to pull off the little stripy dress. Even if I did, I still wouldn’t wear it. Too Twiggy for me.
i would love to wear that stripy dress w/ belt a la kate… but i’d have to trade in these curves first and that i am *not* willing to do :)
I don’t follow football and (gasp) did not watch the Super Bowl, but was sad that the Bears did not win, because I knew that somewhere in Chicago, your fan heart was indeed breaking. Hopefully it didn’t take its toll on your knitting – gauge getting tighter and tighter.
I saw a cape very similar to that in Knitting magazine. (I think that is the name.) I bought the magazine just for the pattern…I can’t wait to start it.
Go Colts! :)
Sorry, slipped on the keyboard a little there… Sorry for your disappointment, but there is always next year. (And didn’t Peyton deserve it?)
Sorry about your beloved Bears, Bonne Marie…ah, well — there’s next year!
As for horizontal stripe — and *wide* ones at that! — I’m over 50. My hips are over 50. ‘Nuff said! ;-)
