Monday Morning Mirth
After reading one of my favorite author’s meanderings over at William Gibson’s blog for awhile now, it suddenly occurred to me that other CELEBRITIES probably have glommed onto the Blogging Craze with a passion. Me wonders if these are the new PR engine of the century or just the *Hollywood Squares* graveyard for those who need a new lease on their populist life!?
So, maintaining the fine tradition of enabling SLACKING anywhere, anytime, I offer you the following:
Melanie Griffith
“…Stop me – I’m on my way to becoming a Goddess even as I read!”
Beck
“…Really nice design!”
And one for Theresa:
Barenaked Ladies
“…the Schick Razor Entry is what blogging is all about!”
And one for ME:
William Shatner
“…my mentor, the one the only THE MAN”
Please leave your favorite reads in the comment section below and ENABLE ME to Your Slack-a-tron!
You mustn’t overlook wilwheaton.net! :-)
I love Woody Harrelson and his wife Laura Louie’s site. Wonderful information there :) http://www.voiceyourself.com/
Sometimes I read Margaret Cho at http://margaretcho.net/blog/.
I love Neil Gaiman’s blog over at http://www.neilgaiman.com/journal/journal.asp
Just found Harvey Pekar’s blog over at harveypekar.com. Looks like he hasn’t posted in a while…
Amazing, you expanded my world with the Drudge Report and William Gibson. But MelanieGriffith.com, I thought that you were joking until I looked. Boy that hurts. As someone who watched the original Star Trek, first run on TV, albeit on her father’s lap with a teething ring, I’ve been wishing that William Shatner would sit down for the last 35 years now. He doesn’t show any signs of that from a visit to his blog. That one hurts almost as much. Hold on, I’ll checking if Hermione Gingold has a blog now too. :-P
Hmmm, Melanie Griffith’s voice popping out of nowhere just scared the stuffing out of me!!!!! I loved Working Girl.
I second the recommendation for Neil Gaiman’s blog. I used to read Moby’s obsessively, but it got a little too political for me. (His is at moby.com.)
I don’t know if I’ve commented before, but I want to say that I love your designs! You inspire me. ^__^
Woo – thanks for the BNL link! I love the razor entry, too (of course, being present when they were here in Austin makes it that much cooler… :D).
I just googled for “celebrity blogs” and got this link: http://www.diarist.net/links/celebritydiaries.shtml
…maybe a little scary. ;)
